  • Our attachment style shapes our relationships.The three main attachment styles—secure, anxious, and avoidant—and helped me see why different people respond so differently to intimacy, conflict, and commitment.
  • Emotional needs aren't something to be ashamed of. Wanting closeness, consistency, or reassurance doesn't automatically make someone "needy." The more important question is whether the relationship helps you feel secure or leaves you constantly anxious.
  • Anxious–avoidant dynamic is the most tricky one.. One person pulling away often causes the other to chase harder, creating a cycle that reinforces both people's fears. Instead of trying to earn love from someone emotionally unavailable, it encourages communicating your needs clearly and choosing relationships where security comes naturally.
  • Now that these psychology is becoming more popular in Korea, I’m reading more of these terms everywhere. It’s cool to see the original source where the terminology comes from.
