- Christian Wolff is back into a new case after an old acquaintance is murdered and leaves behind a message to “find the accountant.” Christian pulls in his estranged brother Brax, turning the sequel into more of a brother-buddy action thriller than the colder mystery of the first film.
- It felt like a pretty generic action-thriller. I didn’t watch the original The Accountant, but I think the character with autism and obsessive/compulsive need for order and completion wasn’t portrayed that well in this version.
