  • Think like a producer instead of a consumer. Creating businesses, products, or systems that solve real problems and can scale, rather than relying solely on wages, investing, or cutting expenses — which I think people in the Silicon Valley are already sort of doing.
  • Even though the tone is intense, I didn't come away thinking it was promoting "get rich quick." If anything, the message is that building wealth takes real work—you just want to spend that effort creating something that can grow beyond the hours you personally put in. However, nothing new really.. (it is written in 2011)
