We’ve all met people like these: absolute train wrecks of human beings—compelling, awful, and darkly hilarious. The series opens by telling us that someone dies, and as each character reveals themselves to be more insufferable than the last, the question slowly shifts from “Who died?” to “Can it somehow be all of them?”
That murder-mystery structure adds an extra layer of fun, because every episode becomes a guessing game about who is doomed and who might be responsible.
This is cringe comedy at its absolute best: painfully uncomfortable, viciously funny, and impossible to look away from.
