- Almost an entire classroom of children disappears on the same night, at the same exact time, leaving only one child behind. As paranoia spreads, Justine loses her job, she begins to investigate the mystery herself. Then the truth emerges…
- The film’s unforgettable image of children running with their arms outstretched was pretty clever. I thought the mystery of children’s disappearance was truly chilling for many parents. The film kept reinventing itself through multiple perspectives without losing momentum - rapping on communal trauma, blame, and the way fear needs a target before truth arrives.
- But I don’t know about the supernatural ending. It felt a little bit overly convoluted and incredible.
